Pooja is an experienced Coach, Actor-Facilitator, Programme designer and Licensed Insights Discovery Practitioner with over 20 years’ experience. She designs and delivers programmes that help individuals and organisations communicate with impact, lead authentically, and reach their full potential. Pooja specialises in Leadership Development, Impact and Influencing Skills, Presentation and Communication Skills, and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), including Unconscious Bias. Drawing on her background in performance and behavioural coaching, she creates learning experiences that are challenging yet supportive, enabling genuine reflection and lasting behavioural change. Her expertise lies in helping people find their authentic voice, build confidence and presence, and engage effectively with others. Her facilitation style is dynamic, empathetic, and grounded in real-world experience, combining professional rigour with warmth and a sense of fun. She has worked across public and private sectors at all organisational levels. Her diverse client portfolio includes Government, Finance, Professional Services, Industry, Engineering, Infrastructure, Technology, Media, Retail, Consumer, and Healthcare firms and organisations. Alongside this work, Pooja has enjoyed a successful 25-year career as a professional actor in television and theatre. She is also an accomplished scriptwriter and training content designer, bringing storytelling expertise and creative communication techniques to her programmes. Pooja holds a degree in Theatre Studies from the University of Brighton.
