Pooja is an experienced coach, actor-facilitator, programme designer and Insights Discovery accredited practitioner with over 20 years’ experience. She designs and delivers programmes that help individuals and organisations communicate with impact, lead authentically and fulfil their potential. Drawing on her background in performance and behavioural coaching, she creates learning experiences that are both supportive and appropriately challenging, enabling genuine reflection and lasting behavioural change. She specialises in leadership development, impact and influencing, presentation and communication skills, and equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI), including unconscious bias. Pooja helps people develop presence, build confidence and communicate with clarity and authenticity. Her facilitation style is dynamic, empathetic and grounded in real-world experience, combining professional rigour with warmth and a sense of fun. She has worked across the public and private sectors with clients spanning government, finance, professional services, engineering, infrastructure, technology, media, retail, consumer goods and healthcare. Alongside her coaching and facilitation work, Pooja has enjoyed a successful 25-year career as a professional actor in television and theatre and is also an accomplished scriptwriter. She holds a degree in Theatre Studies from the University of Brighton.
