Maria is a Communications and Leadership Coach with over 12 years of experience helping leaders communicate with confidence and presence. She is known for her energetic, focused approach and her ability to deliver practical, high-impact results. Maria specialises in developing executive presence, public speaking skills and gravitas, supporting leaders to communicate more authentically. Her coaching challenges clients to embody new ways of communicating, creating lasting behavioural change. She is passionate about helping people communicate at their best, wherever they find themselves, and about fostering healthy workplace cultures. Maria works with executives, managers and graduates across financial services, insurance, retail and pharmaceutical sectors, as well as in the public sector and for charities. She coaches primarily in English and is also at ease working in German and Spanish. Her background in advertising and brand leadership, including leading on localisation for H&M, shapes her audience-focused, pragmatic style. She holds an MA in Communication and Cultural Studies and a Postgraduate Diploma in Career Coaching. She is the creator of MenTalkFeminism, an individual member of the Global Equality Collective, a volunteer course leader for Action for Happiness, and a befriender for older people through the Time and Talents Association.
