Philip

Philip is a leadership communication coach and facilitator who helps leaders and future leaders communicate with confidence, authenticity, and purpose in high-stakes situations. Philip works with clients to uncover what truly drives them and to align their communication and leadership with their values and purpose, enabling them to engage and connect with large and small audiences. He works across a range of sectors, spanning Consumer, Financial, as well as Business and Professional Services. Whether in one-to-one or small group coaching, Philip has a passion for helping people bring their most impactful and unique selves to any audience and to share the things that matter to them. As a facilitator, Philip is able to create space for opposing views to be engaged with by the audience and to frame questions to draw out the best in the panellists. Prior to his work as a coach, he worked in advertising and marketing, practised as a barrister, and performed as a professional actor in theatre, experiences that continue to inform his creative and empathetic approach. He is active in his community and facilitates men’s mental health initiatives and counselling helplines, providing the critical listening for others who need to feel they are fully met and belong again in the world.
