Natasha is a leadership communications and executive coach who specialises in helping senior leaders communicate with clarity, shape compelling narratives and lead with emotional intelligence in complex environments. She has coached senior leaders in education, healthcare, financial, digital and media organisations across both the public and private sectors. Her recent work has included supporting several NHS trusts to build cultures of trust and psychological safety. A coach for the past 18 years, Natasha began her professional career as a producer and journalist at BBC Radio, where she developed her interest in listening, storytelling and sense-making. She co-developed the BBC’s Creative Leadership Course, designed to help leaders work more collaboratively and embed new ways of working shaped by advances in digital technology. This experience continues to inform her coaching, which focuses on helping leaders navigate competing pressures and lead with clarity and authority. Since 2019, Natasha has been Programme Director of Leadership Development and Coaching at Bayes Business School (City, University of London), where she designs and leads leadership programmes for professionals transitioning into senior roles. She is a trained mediator and facilitator, a qualified NLP Master Practitioner, and a member of the Association for Coaching.
