Jane is a communications and narrative coach who works with individuals, teams, and organisations to help them communicate with authenticity, confidence, and impact. “My goal,” she says, “is twofold: to enable people to be their best, authentic selves, and to build rewarding relationships across teams and organisations.” Jane’s work is highly experiential. Drawing on body, voice, language, and mindset, she helps clients understand which communication strategies serve them, where they may be limiting themselves, and how to develop more effective ways of communicating. She works across both the private and public sectors, including professional and financial services, law, life sciences, construction, real estate, aerospace, and aviation. Jane began her career as an actor, training at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and Yale University, before joining a global media company. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, she helped scale the business, contributing to sustained growth and a successful sale, and brings firsthand experience of building high-performing teams. Later, as Creative Director at a communications agency, she specialised in spoken-word communication. From sales conversations to pitches, her work centred on testing and refining language and behaviour to create more effective, value-driven interactions. Jane’s belief is simple: change the conversation, and you change the outcome. Jane is also an established television screenwriter, with recent credits including Fortitude and The Split. She brings together her acting, writing, and commercial experience in her work at AGL. Jane is certified in NLP (Neuro‑Linguistic Programming), Clean Language coaching, and as an SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory) practitioner.
