Williams

Kate is an executive coach, consultant and facilitator with over 20 years’ experience helping leaders deliver lasting change. Her work focuses on leadership coaching, one-to-one, in teams and in groups, alongside consulting on team effectiveness and organisational change. Kate works primarily with senior leaders, often at key transition points in their careers. She approaches her work as a thought partner, combining warmth, candour and pragmatism to drive meaningful outcomes. She brings broad sector experience across financial and professional services, retail, FMCG, the creative industries, local government and the third sector. Her clients range from early-stage start-ups to FTSE 30 organisations, and she is valued for adapting her approach to different contexts and challenges. She began her career in the voluntary sector, spending nearly a decade at Cancer Research UK, where she led strategic change programmes. She then spent ten years in consulting, first at Boston Consulting Group and later at The Mind Gym, where she was a Director delivering major client programmes. Kate holds an MPhil in Philosophy from the University of Cambridge, is an ICF-accredited coach, and is accredited in Action Learning facilitation, as well as Insights Discovery, MAPP and PROPHET.
