Jenn Macdonald is a leadership communication specialist at AGL, designing and delivering high-impact development programmes that help senior leaders elevate their influence and drive outcomes in complex, commercial environments. A trained coach and accredited Insights Discovery practitioner, Jenn integrates psychological profiling, behavioural insight and practical communication tools to help clients adapt their style, build trust deliberately and lead value-creating discussions. A graduate of the Universities of Cambridge and Chicago, she brings a rigorous, research-informed approach to how leaders communicate and influence. With more than a decade’s experience working across professional services, financial services, legal, engineering and the creative industries, Jenn is known for helping leaders to deepen their self-awareness and communicate in ways that are intentional, authentic and commercially effective. Her passion for adult learning began early in her career. Before joining AGL, she worked in Learning & Development at Christie’s and completed an MSc in Human and Organisational Development, focusing on how communication and storytelling accelerate complex skill acquisition.
