Tom is Product Director and has been with AGL since 2021. In his time at AGL, Tom has gained a profound understanding of what makes AGL’s coaching distinctive and effective. This deep knowledge enables him to collaborate with our coaches and clients to create services which are focused on achieving individual, team and organisational transformations. Tom’s approach is to make each AGL interaction count for the client. Tom’s focuses at AGL have included launching our Rising Stars Programme, for early careers talent, our partnership with LookUp Live, the digital wellbeing organisation, and, most recently, developing and growing our services, including AGL AI+. Before joining AGL, Tom worked at Montfort Communications with a focus on public affairs. Tom holds a Graduate Diploma in Law from City University and a Degree in History from the University of Edinburgh. Whilst at Edinburgh, he studied abroad at Georgetown University, in Washington DC, as an avid follower of politics and a lover of America; this was a very meaningful experience.
