Tom

Tom joined AGL in 2021 and is AGL’s Client Director. He works closely with clients to understand their needs, shape the right approach and ensure AGL’s work delivers meaningful impact. He has worked with clients across financial services, luxury and industry, supporting individuals, teams and organisations with their leadership and communication challenges. Having previously been AGL’s Product Director, Tom has a deep understanding of AGL’s coaching approach and what makes it distinctive and effective. Alongside his client work, he has developed specialist offers in response to emerging client needs, including AGL Alongside, the Early Careers Programme, AGL’s partnership with LookUp Live and The Fides Circle. This breadth of experience enables him to connect client needs with the right AGL expertise and develop focused, practical solutions. Before joining AGL, Tom worked at Montfort Communications, specialising in Public Affairs. He holds a Graduate Diploma in Law from City University and a degree in History from the University of Edinburgh. During his studies, he spent time at Georgetown University in Washington DC, deepening his long-standing interest in politics and leadership.
