Suzie joined AGL in 2025, bringing over thirty years of experience in Communications, PR and Marketing. Formerly Deputy MD of a leading London agency, she has partnered with world-class brands - including Tiffany, Jo Malone, Hermès, LVMH, Virgin, Marks & Spencer, Center Parcs and Saab - to craft and deliver campaigns that build brands and inspire audiences. A natural communicator and genuine people-person, Suzie studied Spanish at university and began her career with the British Olympic Association during the 1992 Barcelona Games. She went on to work for a WPP-owned agency before joining Halpern, where she spent two decades working alongside the Founder to grow the business, nurture client relationships and foster a creative, collaborative team culture. With a deep appreciation for the power of thoughtful communication and empathetic leadership, Suzie brings a meticulous yet human touch to her work. At AGL, she works closely with Georgina Wells to ensure a seamless client experience - from initial pitch to coaching delivery - always focused on ensuring objectives are not just met, but exceeded. When she’s not at her desk, you’ll find her in the Chilterns - either in the saddle or trying to keep up with her energetic Whippet.
