Born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, Raine studied Organisational and Clinical Psychology at the University of Cape Town, later completing an honours degree in Clinical Psychology. During her studies, she authored a thesis exploring the long-term psychological effects of Covid encephalopathy, reflecting her deep interest in human behaviour and wellbeing. Passionate about understanding what makes people tick, Raine is motivated by helping individuals and organisations thrive. Having first joined AGL as Office Manager, she has grown into a key operational role, bringing energy, care and structure to everything she does. Having recently moved from Sweden to England, she spends her free time exploring London, and she never turns down a good puzzle.
