Georgina joined AGL Communication in 2024 as Client Director, bringing nearly 20 years’ experience in finance and investment banking. She works closely with clients and coaches to shape and deliver high-quality coaching and engagement programmes, ensuring AGL’s work creates meaningful impact for leaders and organisations. She takes the lead on AGL’s Fides Circle work, curating and connecting leaders across the AGL community. A lover of language and communication, Georgina studied English Literature and Language at Oxford University before beginning her career in investment banking at Merrill Lynch in London, followed by JPMorgan in Australia, before returning to London to join a private equity firm with a focus on the South African and UK markets. Georgina also advised multiple high-growth, early-stage companies, specialising in building boards and key stakeholder relationships to strengthen reputation, support capital-raising and drive business growth. Throughout her career, Georgina has seen firsthand how strong communication underpins effective leadership and positive outcomes. At AGL, she supports clients in achieving their own positive outcomes with clear, purposeful communication.
