Georgina

As AGL Ambassador, Georgina represents the firm to senior leaders and dignitaries, bringing a commercially grounded perspective and acting as a trusted advisor. She helps leaders navigate important conversations, builds meaningful relationships and curates Chatham House rules advisory circles for senior leaders. With nearly 20 years of experience across investment banking, private equity, investor relations and high-growth businesses, she has worked at the intersection of capital, strategy and reputation throughout her career. Georgina brings a combination of strategic insight, commercial acumen and a deep understanding of how relationships and communication shape successful organisations. She began her career in Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch in London before moving to JPMorgan in Australia, later returning to London to work in private equity across the South African and UK markets. She spent nearly 3 years at AGL as Client Director, and her broad experience has given her a distinctive perspective on how businesses create value, how leaders build trust, and how organisations communicate effectively with all stakeholders. She studied English Literature and Language at Oxford University, combining a strong grounding in language and ideas with a career shaped by business, investment and leadership.
