Feedback
Make honest conversations part of how work gets done
Feedback is one of the most valuable tools for improving individual, team and organisational performance. Yet the conversations that matter most are often delayed, softened or avoided, usually for fear of damaging a relationship.
We help people give and receive feedback with confidence, clarity and care, and make it part of everyday working life. Using practical models such as AID (Actions, Impact, Desired outcome), participants prepare real upcoming conversations and practise them with AGL coaches, often through forum theatre, so the skills carry straight into day-to-day work.
