Difficult Conversations
Have the conversations which progress requires
Workplace conflict costs UK employers an estimated £28.5 billion every year (Acas), yet people are rarely prepared or confident in having these difficult conversations. When conversations are delayed, avoided or handled badly, performance suffers, trust erodes and problems escalate.
Working with AGL actor-coaches, participants step into realistic, high-stakes conversations and practise in real time. Through roleplay and forum theatre, they can pause, replay and try different approaches, building the confidence, self-awareness and skill to handle these moments with clarity and empathy.
