Early Careers Programme
Starting a career involves far more than learning how to do the job.
Our programme is designed to support employers and employees in equal measure. We understand that work has changed massively in the last few years, and therefore the start of careers needs to change too.
As AI increasingly handles routine tasks, those starting out will need to develop the core human skills of judgement, initiative, resilience and emotional intelligence. The change does not stop there, though. There are also shifts in culture and leadership, which we address with a focus on building independence, stronger inter-generational relationships and motivation.
Our CPD-accredited programme is built around AGL’s signature approach to communication and the five pillars of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-management, motivation, empathy and social skills. It brings early careers talent together to swiftly develop how they think about, approach and execute their communication and performance at work.
